With a background in psychology, publishing and marketing, Kelly is passionate about supporting others to reach their full potential and spread their message.
Her career path has included everything from educational psychology, nutritional & business advisor, publisher, professional speaker agent and marketing director.
This journey has highlighted her strengths in connecting individuals to key people of influence, and creating systems and structure for marketing company’s visions.
Both her network and expertise have been developed through her role as marketing director in a variety of companies, and she continues to grow her passion through positioning, marketing and supporting authors & speakers with her publishing company Conch Press, her speaker agency Stellar Speakers and as a marketing consultant at Speaker INsight.
Neil Fellowes
Managing Director
Neil’s passion is in the field of influence – what motivates or inspires people to take action.
Throughout his career in sales, customer service, marketing and PR, his purpose has always been to help people improve their experience of everyday life & reach their full potential.
He achieves his purpose at the helm of a professional speaker agency, helping experts in personal development and well-being to create greater impacts, by connecting them to the right people and resources at the right time.
Through his roles in the companies Total Wellness Club, 7-Figure Back Office & Stellar Speakers; he enables Changemakers & Thought Leaders to magnify their businesses, shine more brightly in the market place and place them at the heart of their audience.
Jo Fellowes
Director of Operations
With 15 years in business management & digital marketing Jo is passionate about helping speakers, coaches and authors in wellness and personal development to implement their vision, to scale up and spread their brilliance – taking away the headache, stress and worry of the tech and implementation.
Her career path has included roles from regional sales manager, business advice, online business manager, professional speaker agent and business operations director. This journey has highlighted her strengths in creating empowered teams, systems and structure, helping Entrepreneur’s turn their visions into reality.
Her expertise has been developed through her role as business and implementation manager in a variety of companies, and she continues to grow her passion for helping coaches, speakers and authors make a big impact in the world through her wellness company Total Wellness Club, her professional speaker agency Stellar Speakers and her operations consultancy, 7-Figure Back Office.
Jo is drawn to work with companies and entrepreneurs in wellness and personal development who have a big mission to positively impact the world.

Elliot Kay is our speaker trainer to support Rising Star members to become Stellar Speakers. His mission is to empower speakers to command attention, whether they’re public speaking, pitching, or leveraging the power of communication to secure new business opportunities.
Elliot has graced stages at international conferences, events, and team meetings, enlightening leaders and managers on the art of pitching and sealing deals. But his prowess isn’t confined to the stage. Elliot’s collaboration list reads like a who’s who of corporate giants: Talk Talk, where he spearheaded a surge in customer retention from 30% to a formidable 70%, Sky TV, with whom he revamped customer service processes, and household names like Waterstones, NHS, KFC, and Pizza Hut. His expertise spans from sharpening customer service to devising winning marketing strategies and cracking the media code.
His influence has even echoed through the screens of top-rated TV programs like “Dragon’s Den” and “MasterChef the Professionals.” Under his guidance, clients haven’t just participated—they’ve triumphed, securing investments on Dragon’s Den and making their mark on MasterChef The Professionals, with one client clinching a spot in the top four.
Elliot’s insights and methodologies have also made waves in the literary world. With six acclaimed books to his name and a sixth on the horizon, he’s an established author.
